SHADOW AND LIGHT by WildZoo Entertainment

Still committed to ski on high levels Lukas alternates days behind the lens where nature photography/ videography are on the menu with days in front of it skiing as solid as ever. No doubt that the new  perspecive he earned himself by spending so much time outdoors also influenced his riding and the idea of how a ski movie should look like. Just before Christmas Wildzoo released a special part of their 2018 movie “FEEL” named “SHADOW AND LIGHT”. As the name suggests filmer Daniel Tschurtschenthaler dedicated some time and effort into using natural light conditions while finding the right spots that would fit Luki’s riding style. The result is an astonishingly artistic 6min clip that you can enjoy at the end of this post. Here some words of the creators:

“The whole idea was born right after we found a spot where Daniel discovered that he would be ableto shoot specific sunlight conditions way underexposed. Shadow and Light was filmed in strong backlight and at day time.”

“We decided to dedicate this part to a long time friend, who sadly passed away in a speed gliding accident a couple years ago. He was one of the most inspiring persons we knew, his love for life in general but specifically for the mountains and all the activities involved was endless. Even years after he’s gone we can still feel the tracks he left. Sometimes feelings move us to do something, and that in turn leaves a feeling. We saw it in his eyes, a person who follows his dreams and passions is a fulfilled person. So do what you love, because your feeling will leave tracks and your tracks will leave feeling.”

And now lean back and enjoy Shadow and Light:
