      The Armada Trace 108 knows you have to get up to get down. That's why it features a lightweight Caruba Core for efficiency on the uphill, while the strategic use of Adaptive Mesh and Ti Binding Reinforcements ensure excellent damping and overall stability on the descent. I’ve always been a fan of heavy stiff skis to bust through crud of all kinds, as being a ski patroller doesn’t allow me the luxury of only skiing where the snow is good. We have to go places where the skiing is terrible. But skiing heavy skis is tiring. The Trace 108s are lightweight, and yet they can still bust through the worst stuff and let me stay in control. Wide enough for most conditions but not too wide to carve. Best pairing with these skis is the shift bindings, lightweight, touring & resort capable and best of all no frame! Frame bindings will not be nearly as fun on these skis. Do yourself a favor and buy these skis, I’m already searching for my 3rd pair. Gotta have back ups!!!
