What size ski is right for me?

You can reach out to us or you can also visit your local Armada authorized dealer for a more personalized consultation.

Where should I mount my bindings?

Check the factory rec. position on your skis. We recommend that you have your skis mounted by an Authorized Dealer. 

What are the edge bevels for Armada’s skis?

Our skis arrive to retailers with a 1-degree base edge and 1-degree side edge bevel.

Will I be notified if an item is back in stock?

Please click the "Notify Me" button on the product page.  Enter your email address in the field provided.

Where can I purchase Armada Skis products?

We encourage you to SHOP LOCAL!  Find a local retailer using our store locater tool here.

What products can I buy at armadaskis.com?

Customers can buy softgoods, poles, skins and accessories on our site.  All skis must be purchased at a retailer. 

ORDER FAQS

How can I check my Order Status?

We will send you an email confirmation for your order and shipping. You can also login to your account for more info.

How can I track my Order?

You will receive an email with tracking info once the order ships. Or login  to view tracking info in your account.

Can I make changes to my order after I placed it?

Unfortunately, no an order can no longer be modified after it has been submitted.

Where will my order come from?

All US orders are sent directly from our warehouse in Ogden, Utah.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by UPS for Standard Delivery and USPS for PO Box deliveries.

Can I have my order sent to another person or to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, your order can be sent to any person and address you give in the delivery address field.

Can I change my delivery address after submitting my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make changes after your order has been placed.

What regions do you deliver to?

Orders can only be delivered to countries where the armadaskis.com online shop is available.

Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point?

No.  At the moment we only deliver to addresses, sorry.

Can I reroute my package?

We may be able to reroute your package. If so, extra fees and liability for lost product is on customer. 

Do you allow freight forwarding ?

We do not recommend using a freight forwarding company. If a forwarder is used, all liability falls onto the consumer.

Is Armada's payment processing secure?

Yes, Armadaskis.com uses a fully secure payment service provided by Adyen.

What Payment Methods does Armada accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and now PayPal.

When will my card be charged?

The total order value will be charged to your card when your order has shipped. 

Why am I unable to complete my transaction?

Check that your billing info is correct and make sure that your bank has not blocked the payment. Then contact us.

Do you offer financing on orders?

Yes! We now offer financing that you can pay overtime through Klarna. 

Does my order qualify as Tax-Exempt status?

Many organizations may qualify for tax exemption. If you qualify for tax exempt orders you must register online.

RETURNS FAQ

What is your return policy?

You can return the items within 30 days of delivery. Products need to be unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging.

Can Amer Sports Pro Club orders be returned?

Yes, see our return policy page for more details.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we will provide a pre-printed return label for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. 

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

To exchange an item for another size, you must  return the product and then make a new order for the correct size.

What is Armada's Warranty Policy?

How can I make a Warranty Claim?

Warranty claims are to be made through the Authorized Armada Dealer where purchased with proof of purchase.

What if I purchased directly through Armada?

For orders made directly from Armada, please reach out to consumerservice-nam-en@armadaskis.com to ask about warranty.

How do I get Armada to sponsor me?

Thanks for asking! Armada approaches sponsorship with an outreach mentality. If we’re interested, you’ll hear from us.

Am I eligible for a proform?

What is the proper Pro Club etiquette?

All product purchased through this program is for your personal use.  Please be respectful.

How do I apply for proform?
