Product Story
Even though the Tracer 108 is firmly focused on outstanding downhill performance, we’re always searching for the perfect combination of weight reduction and stability in this category. That’s why we paired a lightweight Caruba Core with a larger fiberglass package to decrease weight while adding durability. The Tracer 108 ups the performance ante with damping Adaptive Mesh, Titanal Reinforcement underfoot and AR 75 Sidewall construction to create just the right feel whether used by freeride or backcountry enthusiasts.

I have never been graced with keeping my heel strapped to the boards. Got these last season and mounted my tele bindings on them. I have never shredded a better ski in my life. Tele skiing has its own way of being amazing, but you add the versatility of these skis and you open up a can of worms that I have never felt. The turns a smooth, but I can charge through the rough crud. I can hike them like no other, and shred the light good stuff in confidence. Armada, you have truly made the most amazing ski. I hope you all lose the heel training wheels and strap on a floppy binding. These skis were meant to make epic tele turns!!
Date published: 2020-10-06

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kassie24 from Absolutely in Love! Bought these to be my one pair of skis for everything and I couldn’t be happier. I am a complete powder hound and spend my days shredding tight trees and the Tracer 108s are easy to turn, nimble and are a floating machine. Face shots all day! Just enough rocker to make them feel poppy and fun but not too much that you feel out of control. On the groomers they feel solid and trustworthy and look amazing! Would make for a killer touring ski considering they are lightweight and insanely playful. Mixed with the rad designs, these skis are truly a dream! Thank you Armada
Date published: 2020-05-14

Rated 5 out of 5 by Skibumdiaries from Best one ski quiver I mounted mine with a pair of armada shifts and they are my pair I constantly go to because they can do everything. Never beats me up for mistakes when I suck and goes hard too. Most low weight skis feel wimpy and tracers hang on at 100 without any chatter. The shift binding is amazing on this one too. I demo lots of skis and to me Armada makes skis that fits my style of skiing best. The Tracer 108 is surprisingly a great ski on groomers. It has great edge hold for a ski that is 108mm at the waist. I love how light the ski are, and I am able to easily initiate turns on a dime. I love all my skis, but as a daily driver, I have to give the Tracer 108 the edge. It does everything I want and need. When it's really deep I break out the JJ's.
Date published: 2022-02-25

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sauce meister from The go to pow ski This ski is my favorite powder and big mountain ski, it does not disappoint. I have skied tracer 108's for 4 years, but unfortunately the construction has failed to hold up time and time again. I love how these skis ski, they're light and they can charge. But be warned, as they WILL fail to hold up. I skied a pair for 2 and a half seasons and they started to delaminate underfoot, so got them warrantied, no big deal. I treated this warranty pair even nicer, being more cautious and pretty much only skiing these on a pow day with soft snow. Within a year, they not only delaminated, but the skis construction completely failed and came apart. Armada is a freeride company, thus their skis should be able to handle getting in the air. When they broke, I had landed into some soft snow and crashed, and my skis felt funny under my feet. I look down to find that the core had completely come apart my ski had split in half. Honestly wouldn't be a huge deal if I could warranty these skis. But since armada had already sent me my warranty pair, they weren't able to warranty them. Why would they send me a ski that would fail, to just not warranty them after they do? Save your money and buy skis that will last, don't buy these
Date published: 2022-02-22

y_2022, m_6, d_27, h_20

bvseo_bulk, prod_bvrr, vn_bulk_3.0.32

cp_1, bvpage1

co_hasreviews, tv_0, tr_7

loc_en_US, sid_RA0270_bv36_, prod, sort_[SortEntry(order=RELEVANCE, direction=DESCENDING)]

clientName_armada

bvseo_sdk, p_sdk, 3.2.1

CLOUD, getReviews, 84.11ms

REVIEWS, PRODUCT
