Tanner’s very first Freeride World Tour event ended in success as he took the home silver medal. After a week of intense conditions, the skies cleared over Hakuba Japan and made for a perfect day on the mountain.

The Freeride World Tour is the worldwide circuit of freeride skiing with the best riders in the world competing on the most legendary alpine faces and the most renowned ski resorts across the world. Tanner’s results from the first stop in Japan proved he’s looking for gold and adds a whole new level of competition to the tour. We look forward to seeing Tanner back on the podium for the next event at Kicking Horse British Columbia on February 2 – 8.
