Our Morath Hoodie will follow our size chart and will be consistent with other Medium hoodies in our lineup! It is not oversized for layering it is standard fit.

The Morath Hoodie doesn't have a snow skirt. If you're looking for a similar feature, our other two Rideable Hoodies come with an adjustable hem which could work as a snow skirt
